Once your proposal is prepared, you can schedule an opportunity to speak at a Team-UP board meeting, where the proposal can be presented and discussed.

01 — Complete the Template
Download and fill out the Team-UP project template with your project vision, goals, resources, funding needs, and other key details.
02 — Schedule Your Presentation
Once your proposal is complete, schedule an opportunity to speak at a Team-UP board meeting and share your idea.
03 — Present Your Proposal
Present your project to the board, explain what you hope to accomplish, and discuss the proposal and potential next steps.
